2018 European Riders Rally

May 17 - 20, 2018

Join the BMW Motorcycle Club of Nashville as we host our 20th annual European Riders Rally. We’ll offer a weekend of great riding for both the street and dual sport enthusiast. Join in guided group rides both Friday and Saturday, explore the area on your own, or stay onsite and enjoy seminars, movies, and more.

Located along the Cumberland River in Burkesville KY, the Rally site offers plenty of flat camping areas, showers and toilets, power outlets, even nearby hotels for those who don’t camp.

Enjoy great food, entertainment, door prizes and camaraderie. 2018 promises to be the biggest and best rally ever.

Online Registration

Monday Jan 1 to Sunday Apr 29, 2018 - Full Rally - $50
Monday April 30 to Sunday May 13, 2018 - Full Rally - $60
Saturday Pass - $30
Full Rally registration on or before Apr 29 guarantees you a rally t-shirt and pin.
The first 180 online registrants receive a free Rally Towel!

Full Rally registration includes:

  • Free camping
  • Rally t-shirt and pin (guaranteed if you register before April 29)
  • Live entertainment Saturday evening
  • Lunch on Saturday
  • Steak or Chicken dinner Saturday evening
  • Breakfast Sunday morning courtesy of local churches
  • Guided rides Friday and Saturday
  • All day coffee, tea, hot chocolate and lemonade; donuts and fruit in the mornings while they last
  • Door prize and grand prize tickets
  • Shuttle to and from Mike's Landing Restaurant for dinner Thursday
  • On site activities

Schedule

Thursday

Registration 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm.  If you arrive after registration closes, settle in and check in Friday morning.
5:00 pm and 5:30 pm - Shuttle to Sulphur Creek Resort for Happy Hour and dinner
7:30 pm and 8:00 pm - Shuttle leaves Sulphur Creek and returns to Rally Site
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Music and bonfire under the Pavilion, movie and popcorn in the Ag Building

Friday

Registration 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Guided Rides - details coming later
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Bonfire and music under the pavilion, movies in the Ag Building

Saturday

Registration 8:00 am to 12:00 noon
6:30 am - 10:30 am - Pancake breakfast provided by Eastern Star - $5 donation 
Guided paved and dual-sport rides - details coming later
12:00 noon - 1:00 pm - Lunch
2:30 pm - Door prize drawings
4:30 pm - Last chance to pick up door prizes
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm - Steak or chicken dinner    
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm - Live music by Route 40, Announcements, Awards, Grand Prize drawings

Sunday

7:30 am - Breakfast provided by community churches under the Pavilion
