The RA web site has remarkably little information, not even naming the venue - there's actually more information on their forum than on the rally web page. The best I can gather it's at the county fairground, coordinates 45.368791, -84.981692. (Copy and paste those into Google Maps.)
A search on other travel sites or individual hotel web sites may be more attractive, I just haven't taken that time yet, but that's a good exercise when I get done building my snowman tomorrow.
