Tentative plan: Meet at Panera Bread, 401 S. Mt. Juliet Rd, just south of I-40 at exit 226, whenever you want to get there for coffee and pastry. Kickstands up at 10:30 am, ride about 100 miles to either Spencer, TN, or Fall Creek Falls State Park, stop for lunch. Ride back a different way toward Lebanon/Mt. Juliet/Nashville, or wherever takes you home. That should be no more than six hours.

I too would like to ride East for a change. Stan is out, due to work reasons.
I would like to maybe meet at either Smyrna or Murfreesboro Cracker Barrel & then ride up to Spenser/Fall Creek Falls.
